We are pleased to share that Jennifer Pickens and Jacqueline Kreuser have accepted expanded roles within our firm as part of our long-term growth and succession plan. Both bring extensive experience in tax preparation, consulting, small business and client advocacy, allowing us to broaden the support and resources available during the tax season and throughout the year.

A New “2025 Tax Steps” Page

In early January, we will publish a dedicated page on the website that will outline everything you need to know for this tax season, including:

• Required documents

• Upload instructions

• Important dates

• Helpful checklists

• Answers to common questions

This webpage will serve as a tool and resource library for the upcoming tax filing season, and we will notify you as soon as it is live and available for use! Upon request paper organizers will be provided. Please contact our office if you would like to organize your records using one. Drop off locations are listed below. In person meetings may be scheduled with any one of us.

NEW Client Portal: TaxDome (w/ mobile app)

We are very excited to offer a new client portal system that will be available via both computer browser and/or mobile app! To continue improving organization, communication, and document security, we will be implementing TaxDome as our client portal and management system. This transition will allow us to streamline:

• Secure document uploads

• E-signatures

• Messaging and notifications

• Organizers, questionnaires, and forms

• Billing and invoicing

• Return delivery and storage

Important: A letter will be sent soon with instructions on how to access and utilize TaxDome. Jennifer and Jacqueline will be happy to assist you through this process!

Looking Ahead to Tax Season 2026

Each year brings new tax law changes at both the Federal and State level, and 2025–2026 is no exception. As we do every year, we will provide updated guidance and reminders on our website to help you stay informed. 

If you have experienced significant changes in your personal or business tax situation, we advise you to schedule a meeting or phone call before year end with our team to best prepare for the return preparation process.
